FIRST- RATE CUSTOMER SERVICE  

Quality control in construction is a major focus of Trego Homes, LLC. To ensure that the company is meeting the expectations of today's home buyers in providing a quality product, Trego Homes offers its home buyers a unique and comprehensive two-step pre-settlement orientation program.

The first detailed orientation takes place five to seven days before settlement. The buyer walks through the home with the construction manager, using checklist as a guide. The following week, fine-tuning and touch up work is done where necessary and the buyer is invited back for a second review. All items checked on the list are reviewed to determine that they were taken care of to the satisfaction of both the buyer and the builder and the final review and acceptance of the Builders Warranty is done.

Trego Homes commitment however, does not end at settlement. Home buyers are provided with a warranty request form at settlement to ensure that any future warranty work is noted and corrected.  Trego Homes also surveys buyers after they move into their new home, using the information generated from the surveys for future design modification of the company's home designs and options. The results speak for themselves.

The benefit of this system is that you're tdealing with one senior level management person who is in charge of sales, construction and virtually everything that pertains to your specific account . That person can be available seven days a week, if necessary. The advantage is that the project manager is on your job site almost every day running the job and coordinating subcontractors. The project manager is also in your home as it's being constructed. They know your home inside and out.
