What are HUD Repo Homes?

HUD Homes are Federally insured loans through Fannie Mae (normally FHA or VA Loans) on homes that have been foreclosed on. The Gov't does not want to keep this inventory so now have sponsored this program to buyers who use specific banks and programs.

How to find and buy HUD Homes?

All HUD Homes are Only listed for sale by a HUD Approved Real Estate Broker. Not all Realtors, Real Estate Agents, or Brokerages are approved, but we here at Trego Realty are a HUD Approved Broker and our Agents are able to help sell and list all HUD Homes for Sale in our Market and State.

All HUD homes are purchased by using a "Bid" system which is done online. You will need to meet with your HUD Approved Broker/Agent to fill out necessary paperwork called your "OFFER" and then the agent will submit your bid for you.
