Single Family New Construction Round I: Provides for a 15% subsidy on homes up to $180,000. Homes are new construction single family units. Recipient must be under 100% of the median income per their household size. A five year forgivable lien will be placed on the the property. Call for all the details of this great opportunity.

Single Family New Construction Program Round II -and now taking applicatios for Roud III:  

Provides a 25% subsidy on new construction homes from $100,000 - $180,000.  Homes must be purchased through approved builders. List of approved builders and applications will be available in May. First Time Home Buyer Program:  Provides up to a $6,000 grant to be used for down payment and/or closing costs.  Buyer must be a first time home buyer and be below 80% of the median income for the area.  Funds are available now!
