

Our Building Process
This allows you the opportunity to meet the professionals that will be building your new home to discuss the site location, floor plan, and features that you would like incorporated into your new home. If you used our In House Designer for your home, they will be there to ensure a seamless transition from your thoughts to the desing. If you used another Designer, please coordinate with them to have them present at this meeting. In this meeting you will also be given a timeframe to have items such as Cabinets, Doors, and trim selected. You will also be able to pick out all of your Exterior Colors such as your Siding, Stone, Brick, exterior trim. This process is truly the funnest of all, but if you would rather us pick the options for you, we can!
Step 2: Walk Through- After the Initial Structure Framing
Step 3: Quality assurance inspection
After the Drywall has been installed and the interior work is complete, there will be a comprehensive quality inspection conducted by Trego Homes and the buyer. This inspection is to make sure that the finish work is of the highest and utmost quality you and Trego Homes expects and that any change orders have been followed. Please plan 2 hours for this process. This walk through is reserved only for the buyers. Please do not bring Friends, Kids, Food or Drinks to the meeting as we will be going through a lot of information that may or may not be confidential. This will allow you the buyer to opportunity to complete this process with the least amount of disruptions.
Step 4: Pre-Closing Orintation
Prior to closing on your brand new Trego Homes home, you will have the chance to meet with your Building Team, at which time you will have an introduction to everything in your home. In this meeting, we will discuss our Warranty Paperwork, Work Service Requests, operations of the Homes features, and general information on everything from the operations of the home to the maintenance of your new home.
Step 5: 30 Day Follow-up
30 days from the sale of your home, Trego Homes will check in with you to make sure that everything is working properly and to your satisfaction.
Step 6: 6 Month Follow-up
Trego Homes will conduct another phone call at 6 months to make sure that everything is still good as the first day you took possession.
Step 7: 11 Month Follow-up
At 11 Months, Trego Homes will call and make sure that any customer service issues are submitted within the one-year warranty period so that we can address any remaining issues, if any.
